Acquiring knowledge and access to resources is important in cultivating and sustaining physical and emotional well-being. We are working to compile a series of podcasts, books, articles, research and apps that inspire, empower, and inform. Please check back for updates as we build a free resource library for clients and the general public as well as the INSPIRE Psych blog.
Coordinating this effort is Shirley Shayesteh.
In addition to her role as the Practice Resource & Outreach Coordinator, Shirley is a senior at Yeshiva University majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience. In addition to being a student, Shirley serves as a Research Assistant in both the Psychosocial Oncology Relationships, Risks and Resilience lab and Headache and Adherence lab at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in affiliation with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Shirley plans to obtain a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology in order to contribute to a greater understanding of children and adolescent’s intellectual, cognitive and emotional functioning to improve their quality of life.
